Shipping policy

We are an extremely small mother-daughter business duo-This is a YOUTH-LED business which means there will be times when Not Yr Mama (the adult) allows The Boss (the -as of 2025- 14 year old YOUTH) a chance to practice age appropriate Business related experiences.  

United States USPS shipping option ONLY

Non-Local-SHIPPING/Order turn around time:
This is NEW to us.  BE KIND to your scrubbers!!!  Allow us 3-12 days to process and ship an order-this gives us an opportunity to work with our weekly in-person markets and various events.  Not to mention, this business is YOUTH LED--meaning... if The Boss has reports and school work... The Boss does school work first.  Not Yr Mama is here to help on the back end but I am only ONE HUMAN.  

Orders for now are being processed by USPS by weight-we get a discounted Shopify rate that is calculated at check out.  The Boss is learning the way she wants to ship her products and your items may come in a poly mailer or a padded mailer or a box.  Please understand that we are learning TOGETHER--  There may be moments where something looks like it was packaged/assisted by a TEENAGER--because it WAS.  The Boss is Awesome and she may change things up a bit visually--- but know SHIPPING is by weight and calculated at CHECK OUT.

Lastly....

We are NOT responsible for any package after it has left processing and has been delivered to the post office. Once a package receives its first tracking scan/acceptance by USPS, it becomes their liability, and they should be dealt with directly.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your item/s are delivered to the post office.

We will make every effort to ship with padding/thermal protection but if you are shipping somewhere HOT (above 80Fish) keep this in mind.  There may be a point where we limit our items but as of now, it's not limited.
